Post N° 6

Hi Friends, how are you? Today im going to talk about  environmental practices!
The best way to learn about environmental practices in my opinion is to practice them, either by teaching younger children, or just performing them, in this way setting an example to society about how they should do things.
Personally I am not of those who recycle and reuse their trash, but I care about not to contaminate, like throwing papers on the streets, etc.
As the situation warrants, walking, I like to walk, not only to avoid to pollute, is because it's good for health stretching the legs, but if Im hurry as I turn to some form of transport.
Actually I have not even informed of eco-organizations, I'm not aware that they are or how they work, not the fact that I do not care, but because I don’t have enough time sometimes, usually use that time to procrastinate.
I would like to help in schools, teaching children about how to avoid polluting the environment, not very complicated, just simple details which can change the world.
I really don’t know about what  is a carbon footprint, but I would find out for action on this issue.
Greater incentive environmental policies, sometimes not enough to just “shopping televisión”, or a recycling campaign then is forgotten, I think perseverance is needed on this issue.

That’s all guys, see you on the next post!

Post Number 5

Hi guys! Im here again, and this time im going to talk you about something  that i learn, you will see! So, lets start.

In the past, if not more than a year ago, I lived with my parents in a town south of the world, called curico since I was born I lived there. Actually I do not really like the city, I always wanted to move to Santiago, wanted to be in that place, full of lights and excitement, with lots to do and see, I grew up wanting to leave curico.

I never had too many friends, because I believe that by surrounding yourself with many people  will just make you feel alone, but I do have some friends in my hometown, also knew a lot of people of that place, but still felt i did not belong to that town.

Time passed, and upon entering college also brought change to santiago what I loved. Then I would live first with my aunt at home, but only to move in the future to the home of the university, the problem was that after two weeks I began to hate santiago, its air, its transport, its people, and, in this way i learned a valuable lesson, never expect for the future, this came at the appropriate time, instead enjoying the present, with your friends and family, trust me, I say this from experience!

My life as an Archaeologist

Sunday, 28 september 2014

In the future, I would like to have a job as archaeologist, working in excavations through the whole world in exotic places like egypt, japan, australia, some countries in africa, etc.
Therefore, one of the most important reasons why I would like to be an archaeologist is to travel, travel a lot, as much as possible, travel around the world, always outdoors, never in an office, I'd hate to be locked, but I like the freedom that gives the outdoors.
Is important to study archeology to learn about our past, our roots, and how we have become who we are, that's what most catches my attention in this race, and thats is what I want to do in the future.
Although my career has also other disciplines such as anthropology, also catches my attention, the study of cultures and the relationships between them, also work outdoors, with the people they want to investigate, an anthropologist is similar an archaeologist, the anthropologist investigates only the people still alive, unlike archaeologist who researching the material remains of extinct civilizations or people.

But despite all this, I'm still a first year student, i have one year left to decide what I want to be, archaeologist or anthropologist, both are good options, but by now I prefer archaeologist's career.

Rise Against...

My first concert!

Fryday, 29 August 2014

This time I want to write about a band I like, Rise Against, my favorite in fact, they sing punk rock, they are vegan and belong to PETA, but isn't the band itself what  I want to speak, I want to talk about a concert they did in our country, in the wrost FEST.

That was the first concert I've ever been, and it was excellent! I enjoyed everything I could, from  chanting every songs to do stage diving!. And that's not all, cause it was a festival of Punk Rock, I also met a lot of new groups of the same genre! to expand my knowledge of music!

I remember listening to Rise Against as a child, as since i was 12, and now, 6 year later, im still listening to that music!

I just have to say that, if someday you have a chance, you must go to a concert of your favorite band! is awesome!

Here you have some recomendation, my favorite bands:
-Rise Against
-Train
-SR-71
-Relient K
-Weezer
-One Republic
-Ok Go

Japan, house of technology

The rising sun

Fryday, 22 August 2014

A very common question that I often do is, to place I like to travel someday? Many times I turn to multiple answers, but I have finally come to an answer, Japan.

It called the attention to me its culture, it is very different from Western ours, their customs often seem strange and bizarre than ours, but they value their honor, and technology abounds in that country!.

if I had the chance to go, I would want to know and study the giant markets, where all types of appliances are sold at a very cheap price, also is the birthplace of the "cartoons" known as "anime", many of them were very important to me as a child, as “detective conan”, “zoids”, “medabots”, “beyblade”, etc.

Also belong to that place there are too many game companies such as Bandai (with games such as Digimon, Dragon Ball), Konami (owner of the rights of Yugioh, among other games), Nintendo (with great classics like Pokemon, super smash bros, The legend of Zelda), etc.

If I could be there, I would like to live in those hotels whose doors are paper, they are very cool!

I hope to have the opportunity to know that place; I would love to travel along its streets, visiting each and every one of its museums and historical sites!

A Digital Adventure

Digimon, the TV serie which i love in my Childhood

Fryday, 5  September 2014

I remember that when i was a child, about 6 years old, i watched a TV serie, called "Digimon" (it means "Digital - Monsters"), which is about a group of children in a summer camp at Japan, where everything look normal, but suddenly it started to snow, yeah, snow in summer, but it is’nt the only think unusual, also appeared an aurora borealis, and at the same time some meteorites fell from the sky, then, the seven guys, Taichi (know as Tai) , Sora, Matt and his little brother “TK”, Mimi, Joe and Izzy, checked those meteorites, and they found an particular device, called “digivice” (Digital – Device), with that digivice they traveled to a different dimension! Know has Digiworld (Digital – World, is funny how every word has “digi” on in). Digiworld is a parallel world between our world and the internet, where exist a lot of strange creatures, called Digimon, there are good digimons and bad ones, but on the file island where the seven kids arrived was dominated by a bad digimon, Devimon, a “virus-Type” digimon (there are 3 kinds of digimons, depending of his function on the digital world, Vaccine-type, Virus-Type and Data-Type), so, the mission of those childrens on that world is bring balance to it, defeating the evil.
That Series was created in 1997 by akiyoshi hongo, of Bandai, and it was broadcast on TV in 2000.
I enjoyed it because I always wanted to become a chosen child, to have wonderful and funny adventures!
